ALLU D -series for Fine Screening

ALLU D -series is designed for fine screening. With an ALLU screening bucket you will be able to screen either 0-15 mm or 0-25 mm end product. Important features include:

 

Optimized material flow

  • Fine fragment end product, 0 - 15 mm fragment size
  • No bolts or nuts in the material flow

 

Wear resistant

  • FEM optimized robust frame -> improved wear resistance on all applications
  • Slow drum rotation -> reduced drum wearing
  • Lower costs/contract

 

Rear mounted drum system

  • New bearing solution gives better protection against dust penetration into the bearings
  • faster and easier maintenance, no bolts (or hatches) in material flow

 

Dual excavator adapter

  • same adapter for both shovel- and backhoe working directions

 

Strong hydraulics

  • 2 motors on each model

 

Strong power transmission
