ALLU Screener Crushers belonging to the Monster series are suitable for 22–40 ton excavators and 13–26 ton wheel loaders. The frame is specially reinforced. The maximum driving output of Monster series Screener Crushers is 140 kW. The features also include double power transmission and two heavy duty hydraulic motors.

Options

Different blade and drum options are designed so that they can be easily changed, even in field conditions. This feature improves the productivity of the bucket, because it does not need to be transported to a workshop for alteration work.

Drums

There are five different types of standard drums available. In addition, different types of special drums are also available. Selecting the right type of drum is the first step in adapting the bucket for a certain material according to the customer’s requirements.

Blades

There are eight different types of blades available. The selection of blades is the next step in adapting the Screener Crusher to the customer’s requirements. Blades are selected according to the processed material. Using the correct blade type improves the quality of the end product, reduces wear and increases the capacity of the Screener Crusher.

Counter blades

Each drum type has its own counter blade model. The counter blade functions as a counter piece for the upper drum and the material is screened or crushed against it. The counter blade also protects the frame. There are two main types of counter blades, straight and comb. The counter blade is a standard accessory for the blade, so the correct type is installed at the factory. A worn counter blade can easily be changed.

Extra sides

Extra sides increase the volume of the Screener Crusher by approximately 30%.

Mixing blade set

Facilitates the mixing of clay materials, because the material circulates from one drum to another before coming out from the Screener Crusher. The mixing blade set is attached to the guide plate.

Guide plate

The guide plate functions as an abrasion-resistant plate and prevents material from splashing onto the base machine. The plate is also a fixing point for accessories. Recommended for usage with wheel loaders.

Crushing bars

A crushing bar increases the Screener Crusher’s crushing power when processing, for example, bark or biowaste.

Electronic directional valve

Enables the mounting of the Screener Crusher onto a base machine that does not have two way hydraulics.
