Intermat 2009
Whether it was the economical situation around the world or beautiful Paris that slowed down the beginning of the Intermat exhibition is anyone's guess, but ALLU was very pleased with the warm reception its new D-series Fine screening bucket received at Intermat. Even though the amount of visitors decreased from 2006 to about 184 500 the overall feeling after the exhibition was good and full of optimism for the future.
New D -Series answers the demand
ALLU has been researching for some time now regarding the market situation. When ALLU first entered the market with its Disc in Disc model in 1990's the market was not ready for it. Therefore ALLU decided to continue the development of the crushing and screening units. Now the need for fine fragments has increased and ALLU developed its Fine Screening unit one step ahead.
Investing 1000's of man hours, the ALLU R&D department has worked with and listened to our customers and their needs when developing this new range. One example of this is the FEM (Finite Element Method) calculated frame which ensures high endurance even in harsh environments. Various tests were carried out in several countries with different materials to ensure the quality of the product, the resulting outcome of the tests and feedback from the customers, have been excellent.
