One of the largest construction exhibitions in Europe, Saie 08, will be held 15^th - 18^th of October in Bologna, Italy. The world's market leader of the screener crushers, ALLU Finland, will be also presented at the expo.

The original ALLU Screener Crushers for material utilization

ALLU screener crusher buckets are versatile processing attachments for any wheel loader and excavator. They screen, crush, separate, mix, pulverize and aerate different materials and all that can happen in one stage only! As well they can be used for land cleaning, stabilising, composting and for the large field of recycling. ALLU processing buckets "eat" many different materials like topsoil, clay, sand, peat, bark, glass, lime, coal, bricks, demolition waste, light concrete or even granulated asphalt. One of the main arguments of ALLU is that it can process wet materials, too.

Innovative construction

The efficiency of the appliance comes from the innovation of lengthwise-arranged rotating drums in the frame construction of the bucket. Screening discs and changeable crushing hammers on the drums, screen and crush with enormous high speed all different kind of materials. ALLU screener crushers can replace much more expensive stationary crushing- and screening plants. In some applications it is used as a pre-screen for feeding of a stationary plant, which increases the volume of the whole plant. ALLU screener crusher product range has more than 40 different models, suitable for skid steers loader 2-7 tons wheel loader 6-25 tons and 8-35 tons excavator.

ALLU Stabilisation System, combination of three innovative units

ALLU Stabilisation System consists of three parts. The first part is the ALLU PM Power Mix mixing unit which is a versatile hydraulic accessory for excavators. It converts the excavator to a mobile and effective mixer unit.

The second part is the ALLU PF Pressure Feeder. Using compressed air, it feeds the binding agent beneath the ground, directly to the middle of the mixing drums. The third part is the ALLU DAC. Data Acquisition System, which measures, controls and reports the feeding operation. ALLU DAC. enables control of the whole Stabilisation System, making the system user friendly, and provides the facility to transfer data onto other computers.

Mass Stabilisation is a quick and cost effective solution for hardening soft soils and processing contaminated soils. For example different kinds of clay, peat, sludge, and soft soil can be transformed into solid layers using the stabilisation method. The ALLU Stabilisation System can allow you to gain access even if the ground is a swamp where it is not even possible to walk. The stabilisation method can also be used in treatment of contaminated lands, by encapsulating contaminants within the ground, and prevent leaching to the surrounding areas.
