ALLU worked its way at the rainy Samoter
There were no sign of spring in Italy during the Samoter exhibition at 5th - 9th of March. In spite of the rainy and cold weather the atmosphere at the exhibition were pretty heated up. ALLU showed once again, what Finnish guts is made of.
Contacts, questions and contracts
ALLU was presented at Rammit s.p.a.'s stand at the Samoter. Rammit is the authorized distributor of ALLU in Italy. Mr. Alessandro Galasso from Rammit was pleased for the exhibition. Many new contacts were made and machines were sold. ALLU PM Power Mix unit and work method designed for mass stabilization was presented at the Rammit's stand with great success. Though mass stabilisation is not a new invention, there are still people that have not heard about this soil improvement method. The method itself is rather simple. Mass stabilisation is a quick and environmental friendly method to reinforce soft soils such as swamp areas or to encapsulate contaminated soils. ALLU Finland Oy has developed complete equipment for mass stabilisation. ALLU Stabilisation System consists of three parts. The first part is the ALLU PM Power Mix which is a versatile hydraulic accessory for excavators. The second part is the ALLU PF Pressure Feeder, which feeds the binder through the hose into the ground. The third part is the ALLU DAC, Data Acquisition System to measure, control and report the stabilisation project.
Launching new screener crusher product line in Italy
At the Samoter Rammit launched a whole new product line of ALLU Screener Crushers. ALLU SC Screener Crusher family has three different models. ALLU SC is a standard screener crusher model for excavators of 8-25 tons and wheel loaders of 5-14 tons. The ALLU SCH model is for heavy applications and designed especially for pipeline works. These Heavy models can be mounted on excavators from 20 to 34 tons and for wheel loaders from 12 to 24 tons. ALLU SCM, "the Monster model" is made for extra heavy use like processing contaminated soils. Monster models can be mounted on excavators of 22-40 tons and wheel loaders of 13-26 tons.
Many new technical features
Installing of the ALLU SC on to the base machine is easier than before because of the drain line compensator. There is no more need for installing of the extra drain line. ALLU SC is also equipped with power adjustment valve. This valve protects ALLU SC from over loading if the hydraulic adjustments in the base machine are not so accurate.
ALLU SC ensures better quality of the processed material. With the new drum and blade construction it is possible to reach even finer and more homogenous end product also when reversing the drums.
The capacity of the ALLU SC is increased remarkably because the inner construction of the bucket is moving the material effectively into the drums. The low connecting point of the adapter increases the breaking force of the cutting edge. The outer sides of the ALLU SC are straight, which helps the driver to keep the working area clean.
ALLU SC has new extra sides, which prevent the stones falling out of the bucket. The rear deflecting plate protects the adapter from wearing and is also guiding the material flow away from the wheel loader tires.
