The binder is most of the time the biggest cost on any soil improvement/soil mixing job site. Having full control over the binder feed, as well as the capability of performing homogeneous mixing of the material with good capacity, ensures quality results and brings cost savings on all kinds of different soil mixing projects.

The ALLU Soil Improvement System for dry soil mixing consists of three elements, that all work together.

ALLU PF 7+7 NextGen 10 bar feeder

A high-pressure, and high air capacity, self-contained mobile “intelligent” feeder for dry binders.

ALLU Processor HD mixer

An excavator-mounted hydraulically by powered Power Mixer attachment.

ALLU DAC.2.1 control system

A data acquisition and control system as the brain of the soil mixing process. The DAC system does not only accurately control the pressure feeder and the binder feed according to set parameters, it also provides all the necessary reports and proof of how the job has been executed.

The Soil Improvement System brings benefits to all kinds of soil mixing projects with high moisture content. It can be used for FOUNDATION (Mass Stabilization) work, various SOLIDIFICATION applications, and for REMEDIATION of contaminated soil and sediment. Dredged sediment, soft soils, clays, peat, ash ponds, liquid waste ponds, mine tailings, and sludge, are all good examples of material that can easily be treated and improved using this dry soil mixing system.
