This time ALLU participates Bauma Munich with two outdoor stands.
ALLU Finland is displaying its Screener Crusher products on stand FN 718/2 and ALLU Stamix has brought the stabilisation equipment on display on stand FN 619/7.
New updates launched at Bauma
All ALLU units are now possible to equip with any drum option available. The new frames can now be “tuned” the way customer wants and just by purchasing new set of drums one unit can be used now for multiple different jobs. More versatility, more options for the customer.
ALLU DARE Data Reporting system
Now it is also possible to collect data from the projects. ALLU launches the new Data Reporting system (DARE) at Bauma. When the customer chooses to equip his/hers ALLU Screener Crusher with ALLU DARE system they can monitor and collect data from different projects.
ALLU Dare collects the following data:
– bucket count
– processing time & total working time
– processed tons
The collected data can be utilized e.g. when quoting new projects, estimating the project finishing time…
ALLU After Sales
Customer service has always been important to ALLU. ALLU after sales division is now showing to the exhibition visitors new updated blade selection that have 40 % more wear surface. New is also the stabilisation drum that is now available with changeable blades. No more welding at job sites, just change the blades and continue working.
ALLU Stamix
The stabilisation equipment on display introduce all the possibilities there is utilize mass stabilisation in ground improvement. On display is ALLU PF Pressure Feeder and ALLU PMX Power Mixers (300 and 500). The expert ALLU staff is also ready to show how the 3D Positioning System works to ensure homogenous mixing results and accurate binder feeding on site.
