THE ALLU PROCESSOR CONVERTS THE CARRIER EXCAVATOR INTO AN EFFICIENT SOIL MIXING UNIT.

The ALLU Processor is a power mixer attachment for conventional excavators. This attachment converts the excavator into a powerful and versatile mixing tool capable of penetrating and effectively mixing a variety of difficult materials – everything from clay, silt, peat, sludge and sediment, to dredged material and contaminated soil.

The ALLU Processor can used as mixer together with any type of binder. Dry powder, wet grout or just air, are all suitable to be attached as binder feed to the mixer.

Powered by the excavator auxiliary hydraulic system, and benefitting from its reach, the Processor can mix materials up to a depth of 8m / 26ft. Two different base mixers are availble, the 3m / 10ft Processor 300HD, and the 5m / 16ft Processor 500HD. These base mixers can be equipped with either 2m / 6,5ft or 3m / 10ft extensions for greater depth.

The attachment is equipped with automatic torque adjustment as well as with rpm and temperature sensors which can be followed from the monitor installed in the excavator cabin. The mixer is also capable of oil leakage detection, that helps preventive maintanance.
