ALLU Group will be proudly exhibiting equipment from the Transformer and Processor ranges at FinnMETKO 2018. In addition to established equipment, ALLU will be unveiling the latest features for its equipment ideal for the Finnish market, as well as introducing the new ALLU-App.
FinnMETKO, held from the 30 August – 1 September at the Jämsä College, Jämsänkoski, Finland, is the leading trade show for construction equipment in the country. ALLU will be using the show to exhibit and demonstrate the benefits of the Transformer and Processor ranges, and will also be outlining the new features on its equipment, as well as introducing its latest development aimed at further enhancing customer business operations.
ALLU PROCESSOR
Featuring at the show will be the ALLU Processor, which enables the improvement of bearing capacity of soft ground and structures. The method can also be used to remediate contaminated land, with the technology transforming hazardous constituents into a solid state thereby preventing pollution from dissolving in to the environment. The ALLU Processor 500 will be demonstrated throughout the three days of the show.
NEW SOLUTION TO BE LAUNCHED
ALLU will be introducing to the Finnish market a new solution aimed at maximising customers’ investment – the ALLU-App. This mould breaking development is fully integrated with ALLU’s portal providing information, contact and advice on everything that is relevant to the serial number of the attachment in the customer’s possession. <br/>
The ALLU-App provides an intelligent digital solution for customers and operators’ to obtain accurate and timely information regarding safe operations at jobsites, thereby maximizing the use of the ALLU equipment. The ALLU-App accomplishes this whenever a mobile online service is available, through accessing information that is relevant to the serial number of the attachment.
THE IDEAL SOLUTION
The ALLU Transformer Series will be the centre of ALLU’s stand at FinnMETKO. This comprises of an excavator/ loader/ tractor mounted processing bucket which screens, pulverizes, aerates, blends, mixes, separates, even crushes, feeds and loads materials. This results in the feed material being effectively transformed into highly valuable products, making any business involved material handling and processing more efficient, and more profitable.
The ALLU Transformer is ideal for processing soil, aggregates, waste and demolition material and other materials. As it also aerates, as well as screening and material processing, all of which can be carried out on site, this truly mobile solution provides the versatility and flexibility to enable working more efficiently in the most challenging environments. This results in substantial savings in material and transport costs, as no time is lost when waiting for replacement material. Additionally, binders can be mixed if the material handling includes additive requirements or stabilization.
AT THE SHOW
On the ALLU stand there will be a wide selection of different models. These will range from the smallest DL models, to one of the largest D Series models, the DSH 4-23. Additionally, ALLU will be demonstrating the unique attributes of the ALLU Transformer DN 3-17 with 16mm TS screening blades, and the ALLU Processor 500.
